Excellent customer service from the receptionist to everyone who assisted me today. Including Harriette L Davis, ARPN.
Was pretty empty and I was there for two hours. My husband told me it was better than LMC Urgent Care but I failed to see much difference

From the registration desk to the examining room to the final diagnosis was awesome! Pleasant, caring and thorough. Appreciated the diagnosis and every act of kindness.
Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, treatment was very quick and thorough, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. 5 stars and shoutout to the ladies at Harbison!
Amazing staff. I always go to this location whenever I need urgent care. They obviously care about me and my wellbeing, not just getting me in and out.
Quick response to be seen, each staff member and doctor were super friendly and amazing, very clean facility, completely satisfied with the visit. I will be returning should anything else come about that I need urgent medical care.
