PRISMA Health Urgent Care is genuinely the best healthcare place ever! The front desk was so sweet. James helped us with what we needed and made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. He also talked to me for about 15 minutes about medical school and all the fun stuff. I totally recommend. I love them!
I thought my son might need stitches, and the entire experience at this facility was smooth and efficient. The wait time was minimal, and the admissions staff were incredibly kind. Our provider, James, was outstanding—he handled our slightly woozy child with care, explaining each step and offering plenty of encouragement. He also reassured us that we could reach out with any concerns. We truly appreciated his professionalism and compassion throughout the visit!
Very unfortunate visit…. 4 hours and the NPsent my meds to a closed pharmacy…. I told her Walgreens and she went with the one in the system….. The elderly couple I met during our long wait was treated so poorly by the receptionist…. The female receptionist was very rude and they made their appt online and the entire waiting room was seen before them…. No one could or would give them a definitive answer…. Not all Urgent Care facilities are as caring/sympathetic and non-dismissive like this location. They listen and really care about what’s going on with you. They genuinely diagnose you and provide the best care ever. I only come to this location and/or the one on W Butler Rd. These locations don’t just prescribe anything to me just to dismiss me. Thank you guys 🙏🏽!!
My wonderful 97 yo mom has had two recent visits to this facility. In a tough situation, both visits were 10's. Shout out to the Nurse Practitioners Melanie & James (prior visit) who gave amazing care. Also shout outs to Joe and Taylor who showed my mom kindness in many big and little ways. Also big thanks to the wonderful guy (apologies for my memory with names) who checked us in, made us laugh and then helped us to our car.
