Dr. Pacious listen to my concerns and did everything he could to address my issue. He made me feel heard, comfortable, and confident that a resolution would be reached.

During a breathing struggle event Dr. Pacious was welcoming, concerned, inquisitive of how I was feeling, and his overall attention made me feel better. Kaiya, the rooming nurse, was wonderful. Soft-spoken efficient and a gentle demeanor. Our hats off to Prisma Urgent Care!

Anthony, Dr Joshua and all staff were very friendly, competent and were excellent. I like coming to the prisma urgent care versus going to a pcp…what I mentioned above is why and in previous appts the PA/NP, James was excellent as well.

5 stars for the doctor & nurse who treated me. Doctor was very proficient at dealing with my issue & got it taken care of quickly! Not so quickly was the wait time, 1.5 hours even with a scheduled appointment, but thankful to be attended to on a Sunday afternoon. .
