I went to Urgent Care for symptoms of a kidney stone, which I have had many times. I was in moderate to severe pain. The NP came in, asked me was I here for back pain and I said no, I’m here for bad right mid back pain, right flank pain, which is radiating down into my mid lower abdomen and I think I have a kidney stone. I said my last one was a 5 mm in Jan 2026. All she did was feel my mid back, but no examine of my abdomen. Horrible. When they stuck her with the needle it shot pain up her arm and caused it to swell. Shes been stuck before, as well as me and as well as her dad. So I know something is as wrong by the way she was acting. Then we saw 15 different nurses. And 4 different doctors. All of whom could not give any input as to what was wrong with her. We went to urgent care who saw blood in her urine and a bacteria. The er would not even explain what was wrong with her. Charged me $99 just to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me.

Let me start, the front desk ladies didn’t have any compassion for the person coming to seek help, you never know if they just been through a domestic violence issue. My face is bleeding and you can see the cuts on my face. The lady then do you need an ice pack, nonchalantly like it was funny or something. The the nurse that took my vitals, she asked me what happened,” I told her my wife hit me with a picture frame and she started snickering. I waited approx 10 min to be called back. I waited 49 minutes before Nurse came in I am fairly sure by all the laughing and talking while i waited by several people, it was not very busy plus there was only a couple cars there. I don't think anyone should wait that long when an appt is scheduled. Everyone was very nice.
I waited 2 1/2 hrs to be seen by the doctor which took 5 minutes to be seen an diagnosed

I went in after being sick for 3 weeks with cough, congestion and a really bad sore throat Test were all run and negative. Dr said it was post nasal drip causing the sore throat. That’s all fine but my problem is she didn’t even listen to my lungs to see if I may have any congestion. Offered steroids and no other solutions.
