Wonderful, knowledgeable, pleasant service from the receptionist, nurse and practitioner. I made appt online and didn’t even wait 5 mins. The practitioner even asked if there was anything else I needed and offered options for my comfort. Very, very pleased. I practiced 52 yrs as an RN and I know competency when I experience it. Bravo!!!

Check is wasn’t the nicest experience. Seemed she may have been having a bad day. Nurse was very nice. Waited an hour for a PA to come in my room and tell me my results I got on my Mychart app 45 min before that. Wish I just stayed home in bed.

As soon as I stepped up to the desk, she said how can we help you? I said I think I need stitches but I don’t have my wallet or anything (was hiking Paris Mtn). She said let me see. As soon as she saw my arm, she said forget the wallet. Follow me. So much more to this story of her kindness but I’ll stop here. I don’t have their names but I’m happy to give details about what time it was Sunday and how great they all were.
