Staff and Lani Garland, PA were great! Friendly and listened to my concerns.
Very professional staff
Easy to make appointment on mobile phone, was seen quick, pleasant receptionist and doctor. Doctor was knowledgeable of my medical history.
2 hour wait time and the doctor could care less.

I scheduled an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen by a provider. Walk-in patients without appointments were called to rooms, seem and discharged prior to my being seen by a provider. Please value the time of those who make appointments and try to do things the right way.

Awful!!!! Made a 3pm appointment, was not see until 4:30pm. Was told that they had more critical appointments. Told the medical assistant what pharmacy I wanted to use and when I left, I noticed that the pharmacy was never changed on my paperwork. Worst experience with an awful group of people just terrible. Your phone message when you call your urgent care says make an appointment for a smoother transition.
No one had name badges on and the only person who introduced themselves was the medical assistant (if that is what they were). When the “provider” or what I assume to be the provider came in, she did not have a name badge on or did she say who she was and what her credentials were. It could have been someone from off the street dressed in scrubs. It is important to identify yourself when taking care of patients.
I was pleased with the explanations and care given to me. However, I had been quite sick all day, but was then left to wait for over 25 minutes for someone to come back that the room to give me my discharge paperwork. After alerting the front desk and waiting 10 more minutes we left without seeing anyone. Only 1 patient was in waiting room so it was a quiet time.
I came in with high blood pressure and nothing was done.. was sent home 158/73…I’m so disappointed I didn’t get any medicine for my blood pressure
