Kathy's 'never give up ' work ethic was amazing. Even when the lender's process threw wrenches into the process, Kathy stayed the course and kept us calmed. My advice to PRMG would be to provide a checklist of the requirements for jumbo loans so that the agent will know exactly what to expect as the closing draws closer.
