Ethan contacted me the day after I requested a quote on Thumbtack to schedule a time to look at my painting job...which entailed painting it from top to bottom including trim, cabinets and doors and was scheduled for two weeks later. Victor and his crew showed up promptly every morning between 7:30-8:00am and sometimes 7:00am. I’d unlock the front door so they could let themselves in and they came in each morning ready to work immediately. Victor would always have a smile and said a good morning when they came through the door even if I was upstairs. They didn’t rush the day and worked until 7pm if they weren’t at a stopping point yet. When they left for lunch they always turned all the lights out and called my name out since I was upstairs to let know they were leaving so I could lock the door and they repeated the same thing when they left in the evening. They are the most polite, professional, conscientious, friendly and thoughtfully thorough guys I’ve ever encountered. I have a little dog who absolutely adored them and ran downstairs to greet them every morning. She ran to each and every one of them to be petted and if they had their hands full at the time she would make her rounds then circle back around to him to be petted. I would occasionally hear them talking to her throughout the day. One morning she didn’t get to greet them and when we came downstairs they asked why Gracie didn’t come say hello that morning. This just goes to show their daily demeanor.
They did an outstanding painting job and paid attention to every little detail!! The last day they vacuumed the floors and went around on their hands and knees to dust the window ledges then wiped the floor in every room. I have never in my life experienced such a high quality of work...especially when dealing with contractors and I own a construction company!!
I also want to give praise to Ethan Burton the Project Manager. He would come everyday and walk around to inspect the work and point out anything in question. I added a few things to the job and also asked if he would be able to take the old paint left by the builder I didn’t need nor want and said no problem. I had offered to pay to have it removed and he simply said there is no charge!!
I was nervous to have to deal with another painting company in the house again because I had to fire the last company a few months prior because of the horrible botched job they did...along with taking a few items from the cabinets discovered after the fact.
Pro Painting was the best choice I’ve made on home projects!! I was completely comfortable and not once worried about anything disappearing. There were a few times I had left my purse in a room when I was in another part of the house and didn’t have to think twice or worry it was left unattended. We all know that is rare to feel completely comfortable when people you don’t know are working in your home. Victor and his crew are fine proud hard working men!!
Thank you Pro Painting!! See you next week since I’ve hired you for a separate job!!!
