The staff was helpful but not pushy. I was able to get rid of the excess weight that I had developed since the birth of my 20 something son.
Lost over 85 pounds, however set a goal to lose 100. Great friendly staff, only concern was request to stick with one nutritionist could not seem to be made to work. Mostly due to scheduling conflicts. All were supportive, knowledgeable and caring.
I had troubles in the past losing weight. At my age, 53, I was even more concerned because of a family history of diabetes. Being the father of 2 teenage daughters, I did not want them to walk down the aisle alone or on anyone else's arm! I am now down 30 pounds, my numbers are terrific and my energy level is higher than when I was in my 30s. Something this important is never easy, but it is well worth it. My kids call me skinny now and the compliments are constant.
I have been working with Pro Weight loss for over one year now. I have seen it as very helpful in retraining my mind and body for a lifetime of healthy living. The staff is great and responsive. The program works. It's just up to me to follow through.
