Started this program on April 18th and it was a terrific experience. Very easy and painless way to lose weight and feel amazing. I have gone from 162 to 144 and have developed great habits. I look forward to my very healthy meals. My coach Lauren was very supportive and gave me great tips. I am finishing the formal part of the program but I have developed wonderful habits and know I will keep this weight off always.
