really cares about my eye health My experience has always been very positive at Progressive and it has gotten even better this year. I feel very welcome and comfortable when I'm there. I can see clearly that Dr. Broadhead really cares about my eye health.

very welcoming and accommadating I've been seeing eye doctors for over 20 years and haven't had a better experience than with Dr Chism. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and he got me out in a timely matter (not to mention being available early on a Saturday). Also, my new contacts arrived for fitting less than a week after my first appointment. Very rare! The reception staff is also very welcoming and accommodating... Wouldn't recommend any other eye doctor!
great optical experience My experience with doctor Broadhead was great! Staff is great they greet once you go inside the office. Broadhead is very patient, helpful and although he gets so many patients he always is focused on all of his patients. I got the contact lenses that worked best for me he is very patient, nice and friendly. great optical experience!!!
