ive enjoyed Dr. Broadhead's expertise I've enjoyed Dr. Broadhead's expertise when I had both my glasses examination (a few years ago) and my contact exam (more recently). One of the ladies in the front helped me find a pair of glasses that looked good and I still enjoy. But with my contacts, it has been more vague. Sometimes it's hard to know what questions to ask. So communication is probably the hardest thing. It's nice you are trying your best! Keep up the good work, because we see the world through our eyes! :)

accommodating to the needs of my family My family and I have received excellent care for our eyes at Progressive Eye Care. Dr. Broadhead is thorough with his examinations and he is patient to take the proper amount of time to verify the right prescription especially for contact lenses. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful and accommodating to the needs of my family.

never had better prescriptions The staff is warm and friendly and make you feel very welcome. The service has always been prompt and I never feel like I am either being hustled along nor put off. And in the end, having an irregular cornea, I have never had better prescriptions than I have from Dr. Broadhead.
