very polite and friendly The office looked very impressive, I got a letter from the doctor, a tour, and a gift. Everyone was very polite and friendly, even though I was a bit nervous since I hadn't been to an eye doctor in many years. I had a somewhat hard time understanding the lady that helped me pick out frames but other than that, everything went smoothly.
love this Doctor and his assistants love this Doctor and his assistants. Dr Broadhead is just an awesome guy, very friendly. Right as you walk-in they have a cute card with your name on that welcomes you to the office. They also gave me a free little gift. Went in& it was fast and easy. He checked my eyes and gave me a couple options. I chose contacts and one of his amazing assistants gave me a practice round and helped me put them in & out. They even had my contacts there and ready to take home, 5 STARS
staff was great Staff was great. They handled all the insurance stuff. My family is doing well with our new glasses
patient and friendly Dr Broadhead has been very helpful to me in trying to find the best fit for my eyes as far as contacts go. The older I get the harder it is to get just what I need for my eyes to see the best they can. He and his staff are patient and friendly and I am so glad that I found them.

staff and doctor have been amazing I'm still trying to find the best fit for my eyes as far as contact types go but the staff and doctor have been amazing working with me to find that fit. I'm happy with Progressive Eye Care and would recommend them to others.
