RecommendedI had both the rapid Covid test and the pcr test at Progressive. I appreciated that the medical person who administered both was fully covered in PPE, 2 masks, a face shield, gloves and a clothing protector. He was very kind and even said “I’m sorry” when I was obviously uncomfortable. The process was easy to navigate and I liked that it was a drive through.
RecommendedI've been to many many urgent cares in my life, this place is OUTSTANDING. I had to write a review. The moment you enter, you feel welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is super clean. The nurse made me smile and was so kind and thoughtful as he conducted my xrays, blood pressure etc. Dr Tran (please forgive any misspellings) is simply WONDERFUL! He asked questions, I never felt rushed, and I KNEW he cared. This is not common at urgent cares, they are just typically ready to prescribe and get you out - NOT Dr. Tran.... read more
