Thank you for a great first experience at your practice today. Maria is a very professional, efficient and friendly hygienist, and it has been a long time since I have had such a thorough and comfortable cleaning. I appreciated Dr. Mori's taking the time to welcome me as she performed her exam, and the reception staff was helpful and pleasant as well. I look forward to my next visit in July.

Aside from the somewhat frightening experience of severely choking on a large piece of dismantled tooth mould It was fine. Overall not a great experience and suggest perhaps remedial training is in order for your dental technicians and/or assistants who perform this mould removal procedure. It is also mildly annoying when charged $2600 for work which includes this kind of excitement. Hopefully this is a one of a kind occurrence — at least for me. Dr John Eskesen. 2/22/18
