Professional, polite and explain everything.
Dr. Hung is excellent as are the hygienists. I rest easy that he has my best interest and best practices in the field in mind. He's appropriately conservative in his recommendations so I trust his judgement and do not worry that I'm being convinced to do unnecessary work which I felt was the case with previous dentists I've seen. I highly recommend the practice.
