I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Cesar, the dental assistant, was incredibly attentive and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire process. Tatum, the hygienist, was gentle yet thorough, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. From the moment I entered, I felt welcome! I came in looking crazy as I was in the middle of a work day! Whitney was absolutely amazing! She was compassionate and understanding..especially with my prior traumatic experience..and thoroughly walked me through my treatment options and even a way to do payment options on each treatment. Great experience. I had 3 fillings performed by Dr. Perez who was assisted by Cesar. Both of these guys are very patient-focused and truly professional. Sheila was so helpful in walking me through the finances related to my visit. She really made me feel welcome and made sure I understood how my insurance, in-network benefits and my responsibility interacted. Love this place!
This business is amazing! Not only do they make my family and I feel at home, the staff is amazing and the hand wax during my cleaning was amazing and relaxing. Cesar and Dr. Perez are wonderful. They made my fillings painless and smooth. So happy to have a dentist office that makes it feel like home.
As someone with SEVERE dental anxiety, Providence Dental Spa is the place to go! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They offer comfort and a welcoming environment.
