We are regular customers at Provision, however I had the snapper for the first time. It was amazing! The combination of flavors is outstanding. The sauce has just enough piquant spice, and the coconut rice was a wonderful accompaniment. My husband ordered filet, with a potato terrine. The mashed potatoes are bland, and cool, but the potatoes in the terrine are wrapped in bacon, and absolutely delicious. We had a delightful meal, and our server was very attentive and accommodating. Spectacular.. Enjoyed chefs tasting menu . Enjoyed a couple immaculately prepared whiskey sours. Bartender was master of his trade. Meal was perfect pace and perfect portions.
