It was our first time patronizing Provision. We met friends for dinner. The service, food and wine list was wonderful! Our friends did the Devour menu ordering the Wedge salad and Grow Salad with Salmon & Bolognese dishes, my husband also had the Bolognese and I had the 8 oz filet (cooked medium rare and to perfection) with creamed spinach accompanied by a bottle of Kathryn Hall Cab, which was delightful. I loved the grow salad and the Brussels sprouts with Brie cheese were fantastic. My companions were underwhelmed with the steak from the devour Indy menu. Dessert donuts were good.

I usually love the food at provision, but it was subpar this time… The New York strip was brought to the table rare when I asked for medium and then they cooked it and it was like leather and had no flavor and the potatoes were not good either. The potato truffle soup was good, but I was very disappointed in the food .
