Dinner for Devour Indy….short rib a little dry. Great service. Food just not quite up to my previous meals at Provision, but it wouldn’t prevent me from returning

The ambiance of the restaurant is very modern in it's design with an open view of the kitchen. Our server was very cheerful and accommodating without hovering. My wife had the short ribs and I had the NY strip. Her short ribs were tender enough to cut with her fork. My strip steak was a little overcooked (I ordered medium rare but it was served medium well) but it was still juicy and full of flavor.
