We had fun. My fish was a bit dry - BUT, I loved the lentils around it and our appetizers were very yummy! Thanks.

Our server, Twila, was awesome! She was attentive without hovering and gave great advice on our food and wine selections. We had eaten at Provision once when it first opened and were not impressed. I'm glad our friends convinced us to give it another try. They also had the foresight to request a table in the back where it is quieter. The main room is so noisy it can be hard to carry on a conversation.

My wife, son and I had the chef's tasting menu. My wife and I also got the accompanying wine tasting. All 6 courses were delicious, but the standouts were the scallop and the wagyu. The scallops were buttery, cooked perfectly, with a great crust on the top and bottom. The wagyu was also cooked perfectly and the potatoes, onions and kabayaki added great flavor. The elk was also very good with the cherry demi. Our server was very nice and attentive. The courses came at a good pace.
