We really like this restaurant. The service is outstanding, and the food is normally excellent. The outdoor dining area is really great especially during COVID. Last night the food was not as good as normal. I ordered scallops which came rib gnocchi, spinach and grilled cauliflower. While the flavor was excellent it was far too salty (in fact I had chunks of salt in my mouth as I took bites of food) and it was not hot. We were staying at the Ironworks hotel and went to Provision for dinner while we were in town from the suburbs of Chicago. Man oh man, we had the chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing and holy $#!t our meal was amazing! Tabitha was our server and she was so professional, knowledgeable and accommodating but first and foremost she was FRIENDLY!
