Chief’s tasting menu was fair, theme seems off and I felt some dishes needed more salt. It started out strong but got weaker as it went along.

If you're looking for the "bougie" experience, look no further. Excellent food, but you're going to have pay for it. I thought the $24 hashbrown/egg appetizer was a questionable value, but the main course and side seemed a little more reasonable for what you get. Beautiful venue.
