Creativity reigns at Provision - bravo to the chef!
Menu was really spectacular. Provision ranks near the top for the always impressive Cunningham group. I feel lucky to have this group in Indy providing us with such diverse and memorable experiences. Our server (who has a really cool name—I think it was DuPree?) was of that rare breed of individual who is personable without making it a performance: he read our table expertly knowing not to come storming up in the middle of a story and fit in very well with us. This was our second visit to Provisions Chef Tasting Menu. Both, time we were throughly pleased with everything, food, service, presentation, and value.
The food, the location, and the service were 5 star. The seasoning on the steak was some of the best we have ever had without over powering the taste of the steak. My son had the lamb and I think would come back everyday of the week if we let him. I would recommend this without a doubt to anyone who likes food :)
Excellent entrees of scallops and beef along with shrimp starter.
