3 of us went for the Devour Indy experience. Clam chowder and salad were good; the entrees of filet and short ribs had excellent flavor and the done-ness spot on to our requests. We only tried these 2 of the several entree selections. The 2 desserts were delicious, imaginative and played with texture stereotypes: chocolate orange tart was crunchy like a cookie (enjoyed mine even more when I picked it up to eat) and Basque cheesecake with a soufflé.-like presentation.
