We had the best experience at Provision last night & look forward to going back again soon! As soon as we arrived at our table our server brought us each a glass of champagne for our anniversary (I marked occasion on Open Table website), which was a nice touch. Respect your diners that we know what medium rare means. It is 129.5 degrees. I don’t appreciate Indiana waitstaff at fiber restaurants asking “reddish pink?” Or whatever toddler nonsense they ask. I am 44 and have been eating medium rare since I was 4! Is everything yummy? Is an annoying thing to be asked mid bite. Is everything to your liking? Is more sophisticated.
