We did the chef tasting. The wine pairing was safe and expected. The pairing with the beets course was delicious and best of the menu. I’ve had skirt steak better than the “wagyu” I was served. The crème brûlée was undercooked and not set. It was liquid. We were offered another dessert and requested the mousse that came out frozen solid and couldn’t be cut through. Overall, underwhelmed with this coursing as I thought it was uninspired and unrealized.
