We have been to Provision many times. We love the food and the ambiance. Dupree, our waiter, made a difference this time. He was fun and engaging. We had a memorable evening!
Menu was really spectacular. Provision ranks near the top for the always impressive Cunningham group. I feel lucky to have this group in Indy providing us with such diverse and memorable experiences. Our server (who has a really cool name—I think it was DuPree?) was of that rare breed of individual who is personable without making it a performance: he read our table expertly knowing not to come storming up in the middle of a story and fit in very well with us. Creativity reigns at Provision - bravo to the chef!
The food, the location, and the service were 5 star. The seasoning on the steak was some of the best we have ever had without over powering the taste of the steak. My son had the lamb and I think would come back everyday of the week if we let him. I would recommend this without a doubt to anyone who likes food :)
This was our second visit to Provisions Chef Tasting Menu. Both, time we were throughly pleased with everything, food, service, presentation, and value.
