I really was happy I returned to eat at Provisions. The service was excellent and the food quality was definitely a step or two better than my last visit. Only complaints would be: I brought to people to enjoy the restaurant, but we wanted to talk and the noise level made it difficult to hear even the person next to me. Not sure what could be done about it. Also more expensive than last visit. May correspond to increase quality of food. Not sure. Only one glass of wine per person.
