We had a lovely time at Provisions and great service. I got the Tastings Menu and was even able to swap out the fifth course for a different dessert! A great way to spend an anniversary dinner.

Great service. The clam chowder was delicious. And one of my fav ambiences of any Indy restaurant.
Overall I enjoyed my dinner. I think the steak needed a little more flavor, but the rest of my dish was delicious. My drink was amazing and the staff were really nice. I would dine again in the future.
