My short rib dumpling appetizer with sweet chili sauce and shiitake mushrooms was a prize by itself. That was followed by a perfectly cooked and seasoned medium steak that I paired with a side of roasted tomato & mushrooms in truffle oil. It was a grand meal that exceeded our expectations.
