Always such consistent and amazing food! One of our favs in Indy!
It was late 2018 the last time that we had dinner at Provision. Admittedly, we didn’t miss it. At the last minute, we decided to eat at a Cunningham restaurant. I checked Open Table at 5:17P and was able to secure a reservation at Provision for 5:45P. From our memory, the Provision we dined at Dec 9 2023 was nothing like the Provision of 2018. Great spot. Service was substandard, only saved by the amazing food. I Ordered the lamb chops and probably second best I’ve had in Indy. Close battle to Anthony’s in Carmel. $550 later.. we left satisfied but will take a while to go back and understand the $49 seabass.
