DrDam was informative, articulate and caring.
Dr. Hamasat Gheddaf Dam is amazing! Easily the best dentist I have ever had. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and attentive. I've had dentists that would rush in, look at my mouth, and rush out. Dr. Hamasat Gheddaf Dam is NOT one of those dentists. She made sure to personally tell me about my treatment plan, answer questions, and make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything that was happening. Dr. Gheddaf Dam's office is always top notch. I had a wonderful experience with front desk Ashley as always who is super accommodating and consistent with following up. Yana Batrin is also always so kind, encouraging, and intelligent. She always explains dental concepts to me in excellent layman's terms and she is always so wonderful and proactive. Always vouches for her patient - she really cares! Happy to come back - this office attenuates my fear of teeth work!
I've never been to a dentist office, in my life, like Prudential Dental! Their entire team is there for you the moment you get off the elevator. The only thing that surpasses their dental care/services and knowledge is their desire to help their patients ??
Joint this dental practice a few years ago. Have only very, very good experiences with the whole staff (dentists, assitants and administration people). Will not go anywhere else anymore.
Best dentist and dental office in Boston
Fantastic; Dr. Gheddaf Dam is an incredible dentist, who is not only amazingly competent, but also amazingly gentle and empathetic. It may sound a bit melodramatic, but the world could use more people like her (when you are in the dentist chair, compassion and empathy count for a lot!)
Very thorough and great explanation of my dental status. Made me feel welcomed and she made a superb plan for my dental treatment plan. Looking forward to continue my treatment with Dr. Gheddaf.
