Poor Quality, Difficult to operate Do not buy this item......very poor quality, difficult to use. Worse item I ever bought at Sam's Club

Good value Works as advertised. Some rate it poorly because the screen is not bright. No problem with screen after one removes plastic film that protects against scratches.

Disappointed I purchased this, brought it home, removed it from its' packaging, plugged it in and it would not turn on. Then, I put the required amount of new batteries in itand it would still not turn on. I returned it to the store for full refund.

Can't even see the dispaly The display is so dim, I thought the machine was even turning on until I looked really close and could faintly see the letters. I bought this just before the store closed tonight, and plan to return it as soon as it opens in the morning. I've used other P Touch label makers that worked fine, but this isn't one of them.
