Fulfilled a want for years for a label maker Years ago I had one of the Dymo label makers that "punched" tape. Never replaced it, and for years wanted some kind of a label maker. Bit the bullet (not hard to do, given the price) on this Brother label maker, and I'm very pleased with the ease of use, and quality of the labels. Best Label Printer in the 1/2" class that does not use a computer. The Brother P-touch PTD210 is excellent. It uses 6mm, 9mm, or 12mm label tapes. You can not connect it to a computer, but it has excellent firmware imho. The 12mm tapes allow 2 lines per label. The instruction sheet is excellent as it shows all the fonts, all the sizes, all the patterns, everything. You can use 6 AAA batteries and/or a 9V 1Amp power plug. WOW! What an upgrade! My P-310, after a couple decades, decided to leave this earthly coil". R.I.P. So, I went shopping for a replacement and found this PDT210. I was pretty happy with the old one. I could change the font size and make two line labels. Cool. Right? When I got the 210, I expected it to be the same. As I read the instructions (yeah, I know. IT WORKS GREAT !! I LOVE this machine! It gets used so often, I keep it easy reach. I use it for work, in the kitchen and in my sewing room. I would recommend this to anyone who needs organization in their life!
Easy to use Great way to organize
Everything I hoped for. Only took a few minutes to learn how to use it. Helped me organize my office space. Added labels to plastic bins and drawers filled with paper clips, rubber bands and all the stuff that gravitates to the junk drawer. Easy to see from a distance.
