It is lousy Difficult to operate
Do not buy this combo kit The label maker is fine/ the problem is that buying this combination with the case. The same item with extra tapes is available for around $30 . Presentation is $80 no extra tapes (although there is a space for them in the case/ the area was filled with cardboard) Essentially you spend $40 + for an ugly black case. Big disappointment as this was a gift I was not able to return within the time limit
Wastes tape!!! It works very well, lots of fonts and customizations, but the label maker leaves a HUGE margin and ends up wasting like 1 inch of tape with each label you print! What gives?
Two Stars Very Old technology
More trouble than it's worth! CASE TOO BIG! The case it came in was three times the size of the label maker, a total waste of space. Also when I returned this item I was charged for the label tape that came with it, even though I am certain it was taped up in the box when I returned it...
DIFFICULT TO LEARN TO USE I am a very busy person and I have to say that this has been a very difficult machine to navigate. I don't use it much, because I don't seem to have enough time to try and figure this out. Sorry I bought it. My hand held device was so much more convenient and quick to learn to use.

If lookinging for a label maker go for it and label away. Best priced one was this bundle pack.
Nice, quick label printer Very nice printer for the money. I know the tapes are expensive, but the labels are superior quality. Lots of font and symbol options! And to all those people who say this waste tape, try adjusting the label settings. There is a way to set it to have almost no tape before and after your print.
