I didn't like the EXTRA large size! I didn't get to use this item, but after I took it out of the box I realized it was too big for my needs at work, so I just returned it.
Good label printer but wastes a lot of tape As a label printer goes, this model works very well. My complaint is how much tape it wastes... everything it prints always has about an inch of blank tape before and after the text. I wind up using scissors to cut off all the wasted tape on every label it prints. I guess Brother wants to sell as much label tape as they can so they design their printers to waste as much as possible....
Nice Machine So far I've only used it connected via USB to a PC. It's straight forward and easy to use, prints nice and clear, etc. The negative is that it wastes tape. I had seen this on other reviews and hoped this just occurred each time you turned the unit on. However, it occurs every time you print something out; approximately an inch of tape is cut off and discarded prior to your printed portion.
Very sophisticated label maker This label maker is very good. I love you can download different fonts and pictures.
