Great labeler but price swings are puzzling I bought this labeler in April 2020 for $19.99. When I went back to purchase one for my sister in August of 2020 it was $29.99. I don't know that I would purchase it again at that price. For a couple of dollars more I might get the next one up for her that has the bigger keyboard that is a little easier to use. When I bought it for myself, the price difference was enough to make the choice a no-brainer.

Clear, crisp labels with long battery life I bought. This for my son-in-law for Christmas 2018. He loves it! He just recommended it to a fellow worker. They need labels at work. He is still on the original batteries! Use good ones to start & turn it off between uses; your batteries will last a long time. (I have a bigger, older Brother label maker, and my batteries last a long time, too.) It’s most convenient without the charger, so I wouldn’t bother ordering one. Great little gadget, one flaw I added brand new batteries and they drained overnight. I have encountered this issue before and the best way to avoid it is to take out the batteries after every use. If this step doesn't bother you, then it's great and easy to use.

Good Enough, but not Amazing I'm satisfied with this product. You definitely need to read the instructions first, or you'll waste A LOT of tape. It prints wonderfully, but it's bulky and awkward.
