Great machine, I love this! I'm a CPA and need labels for customer files, tax returns, etc. all the time so I go through these machines fairly rapidly. After my last move I couldn't locate any label makers and bought this one. I love it! Best one I've ever used! It's easy to program, has memory to store repeated items, got the nifty carrying case which also holds additional tape. Fantastic value at this price!

Works as it should I like this device more than others I have used. I decided I needed my own at work because the others are always breaking or are out of tape. This one works well and feels good and responsive. I like all the options it has, especially the one where I can manually set the length of the tape so I can use it sparingly. When set to auto it uses an excessive amount of tape and end up cutting off the ends, so set it to a manual setting for tape length.
