Took the dog to get groomed and they didn’t even trim the dogs hair. I haven’t been to a groomer that didn’t do this. As a matter of fact, they have always done it in the past. Such bad service. Big thumbs down here.

Hi Rebecca, looking at the record, she has always gotten the Bath/Brush package which does not include any hair trimming. That package does include the bath, blow dry, brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, and optional gland expression. If you would like to bring her back in we are happy to trim her to your liking.
