We want to make sure our breeders have over-sized housing, 24/7 indoor and outdoor access to play yards, well socialized and are kept in a temperature controlled facility with heated floors and natural lighting. My experience was fantastic. Vanessa is knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I was not to sure about getting a puppy through this method bit I'm so glad I did. My Missy was waiting for me there and the staff at Puppy Boutique were very helpful in the process. They are very thorough in making sure the fur babies go to a good home. You guys are the best !!!
I had been here several times and everytime, the staff has been friendly and professional. We finally picked out our pup. We couldn't be happier.
Everything, my whole experience at this facility was excellent! The pets, the staff, the knowledge, etc. Limited selection of product but that's not their specialty! Only improvement I could see is carry more toys, treats, food, collar, leash, etc.

We absolutely love our new pup! The staff wasn't pushy, but they were attentive. We went in thinking we wanted a specific type of dog, but ended up falling in love with another one. The selection was good and the process was easy. Vanessa assisted us throughout the process and was very informative and good with handling all the dogs. The dogs are well taken care of, too. We are happy with our pup and would recommend this store.

Vanessa was our pet Counselor the pet was for my 11 year old daughter she is very shy doesn't hold her head up won't even order her own food in a restaurant and getting the puppy was for Christmas it had taken us a very long time to find a place to get a puppy that I was confident didn't get their dogs from a puppy mill or would such have health problems so when my cousin Ashley had talked about the Puppy Boutique and getting her dog Levi there we wanted to go see Vanessa took very good care of us she was very attentive ... read more
