In 8 years,I've literally never had an issue with app, nor the service provided. Albeit, I did have an issue with delivery once (I bought a Queen sized bed; the delivery crew handled it in such a way that left it with black, greasy stains. Still, it was an easy fix; and my bed is still in use. Pricing is a little aggressive, though still better than some other programs I have seen. Mine only reason for not awarding 5 stars, is for the fact that I wish payments were reported to Credit Boroughs.
