Hygienist was very good. I was taken in right away.
The office looks beautiful upon entering. The Front Desk Receptionist greeted me with a big smile. I took a seat and noticed a small open window Fridge with drinks. I asked the front desk if I could purchase a water. Another receptionist said just take whatever you would like. I met another technician who took my CT SCAN. Great Directions Happy and polite. The Dr. came in the room and explained what could be done with implanting posts. So I wait till I get a call from Village Dental to go ahead. Great Experience Thank You.
I am always grateful for Dr. Rhee's sense of humor and easy-going way. He is really skilled, too, and I find him very compassionate. The staff is so great, too. Please keep being compassionate and empathetic as staff...this seems to be falling away in so many offices. You never know what situation people are coming from when they show up to you.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Alex. He is by far the most wonderful, personable, conscientious, diligent, mindful and caring Doctor with an attention to detail. His work is meticulous and the results are beyond my expectations. Dr. Alex is not only a proficient dentist, he is also an outstanding cosmetic dental surgeon. As always my visit was excellent, with all the staff as well Dr. Rhee were friendly, satisfying, & knowledgeable, I would recommend Chemong Dental to anyone.
As per usual, my visit was quick,Painless, friendly and satisfying. I have been with Dr.Rhee for many visits due to issues with TMD and I’ve had veeners put in. I started with Dr. Rhee and staff back in Spring 2022. I have had at least 10 + great visits . I highly recommend his dentist , all his associate dentists and all the staff here . They couldn’t be more professional , engaged and friendly !

Would like to have him as my fulltime dentist. Was accommodating for my gag reflex which is really bad. Everyone there was so helpful and professional. Definitely going to go back when I need more work done.
