Pure Infusion Suites’ staff went out of their way to help me when facing a difficult decision about an injection I was going to receive. They answered questions and put me in contact with the best people to help me to go forward with the procedure. Their facility is beautiful, clean and had a generous supply of goodies if you are so inclined.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They took time to explain everything in a professional manner and answered any questions that I had. Showed me around the facility and offered snacks. It made me feel like they cared about my health issues and wanted to help me. Since I use a walker, Wendy even walked with me to my car. The nurse ( sorry I forgot her name) took her time and explained the side effects of the medication before giving me the injection .

The staff are friendly and kind in a welcoming environment. The nurses seemed knowledgeable about the medication I was receiving. They made sure that I understood the possible side effects and what to be aware of. Also the center is well stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. Overall it was a positive experience and would recommend to anyone who might need this service.
