Very engaging patient care along with giving thorough information concerning the prescribed treatment. Very nice clean facility. I had a very nice experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They took time to explain everything in a professional manner and answered any questions that I had. Showed me around the facility and offered snacks. It made me feel like they cared about my health issues and wanted to help me. Since I use a walker, Wendy even walked with me to my car. The nurse ( sorry I forgot her name) took her time and explained the side effects of the medication before giving me the injection .

The staff are friendly and kind in a welcoming environment. The nurses seemed knowledgeable about the medication I was receiving. They made sure that I understood the possible side effects and what to be aware of. Also the center is well stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. Overall it was a positive experience and would recommend to anyone who might need this service.

My experience at Pure Infusion Suites was exceptional. The team was welcoming and professional. I was given a tour of the facility and shown a beverage and snack area and encouraged to help myself. This just doesn’t exist in other medical facilities. The procedure was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions prior to meeting with the nurse practitioner.
