The team of people in the office worked well together. They were ready for my appointment. Everyone was concerned about my comfort , explaining how the procedure would play out., and they were knowledgeable about any concerns or questions I may have had. I never felt rushed . The infusions are done in a private room with a television and comfortable chairs. The staff is wonderful and care about your issues. I’ve been going here for infusions for 2 years and many staff members are still here. It makes the whole experience much more pleasant when you see the same people each time who remember you and your history.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient. The receptionist greeting and all the staff were great, made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed before the transfusion was administered. My unique allergies were handled with tender care. With thanks and appreciation for being so kind and efficient.
