I have been coming to the dental practice for many years since Eleanor took reigns and never looked back. A fantastic practice that I have in the highest of regard and hope to be a patient for years to come. Eleanor is a perfectionist, a scientist, a hard worker and will give you the very best dental treatment around. She has an endearing personality too and explains everything which I find both interesting and reassuring. Her supporting team are also highly professional based upon her high standards. I am a retired therapist having worked in Bournemouth for many years. Recently I registered will Elena Cheshankova as a new patient, as there was some very urgent treatment that I needed. As always time was taken to talk to me about possible ongoing treatment. As a patient with panic/anxiety issues my dentist Elena spends time discussing any issues I have. She is practised in yoga/breathing techniques that for me are very useful if I start getting panicky. The staff in the practice are always friendly efficient and helpful. The practice is immaculate and I feel always striving for new and innovative dental procedures.

Professional and friendly approach. Fully explained what was happening to my teeth and gums. Took X-rays and showed me on screen what could happen to my faulty tooth with and without intervention.
