RecommendedMy entire experience was great with Purl’s! Kenny came out for the diagnosis of my problem (bad compressor) and allowed me to watch him work and we chatted it up. He gave me a quote and a timeframe. Ricky and his partner, I think his name was Steven, showed up on the day I was given, were on time, and done before the time I was given allowing me to go on about my business. No surprise charges, no trouble, and friendly technicians!
