The wine is always excellent. The process for using a gift card was frustrating and I wish you would make a gift card as discount to be used with a credit card instead of its own "credit card". The staff was very friendly and helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Victoria, especially, was excellent to work with and very helpful.

It’s wonderful that we can order your wine and have it delivered to us in another state. We don’t get to Kentucky that often but knowing that we can have it delivered is fantastic!! Will definitely be ordering again soon.
