Working with Marcus and Kalvin was seamless. Firstly, the support provided by the team is unmatched. As first time home buyers my wife and I were unaware of the mortgage process and the ups and downs that followed. Marcus guided us through the process each step of the way by making each transition as easy as possible. Both Kalvin and Marcus were just one phone call away. I've never experienced such a streamlined process for such a large purchase. I've bought cars that took longer than our house loan process. Mandy wasn't just a delight to work with but so very informative. She went above and beyond scouring the market and researching best rates all the while running numbers for us. It was truly a fantastic easy loan process. We thank her so much. Her team and cant wait to recommend her to everyone we know!

Jeff did a great job working through all the issues we had. The one negative was inaccurate estimates of costs, with each iteration. And there should only be one contract for all the information, we should have asks from different people. One contract to send all information to.
The best team to work with. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a smooth and fast process to close a home loan.
