We’ve been residence with Quadrel Realty Group for the last two years and just signed a lease to make it three. The team is incredible and very helpful. Specifically want to shout out Mate and Rachel for all their help with our new place. All requests are taken care of swiftly and effectively. No complaints!

Mate and Rachel specifically have been very helpful thoughtout our stay and process of relocating to a new Quadrel Realty owned unit. All request are taken care of swiftly and efficiantly. The management is very attentive, helpful, and easy to work with! Common areas are kept in good condition and the team is quick to respond and resolve issues that arise.
Best people ever! Always responsive and willing to help with anything you ask! I have been with them for years and I cannot see myself living anywhere else! I have lived in Edgewater and Evanston with Quadrel realty and would recommend them to anyone! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay with wonderful people Quadrel realty is a 5 star location!
Quadrel Realty are incredible - seriously the most professional and kind individuals, and lovely properties too! Questions get answered within the hour and someone is always available over the phone for urgent needs. They are efficient and great at what they do!

I just recently moved here this past September but I can already say that I love it here! Such a beautiful complex on Hampton Parkway, and friendly neighbors! I’ve had a couple maintenance orders I put in since I moved but they were both resolved within a day of putting them in! Management is very nice and quickly responds to any issues, happy to be here!!

Frankly, our experience has been infuriating. The apartment was not properly cleaned before move-in, with food still left in the cabinets. Maintenance issues, including a broken microwave and oven, took over two weeks to address. Communication with management has been absolutely terrible, with calls and emails going unanswered. We were told maintenance notifications were sent by text, but we never received any, and management later admitted the mistake was on their end.
