Quadrel Realty are incredible - seriously the most professional and kind individuals, and lovely properties too! Questions get answered within the hour and someone is always available over the phone for urgent needs. They are efficient and great at what they do!

I just recently moved here this past September but I can already say that I love it here! Such a beautiful complex on Hampton Parkway, and friendly neighbors! I’ve had a couple maintenance orders I put in since I moved but they were both resolved within a day of putting them in! Management is very nice and quickly responds to any issues, happy to be here!!
Management is unresponsive and building is not well taken care of. No storage units even though they say they are, and hard to get things fixed. One washer in the laundry has been broken for months and only 1 of four currently working. Down tree branches left on sidewalk for a week. Very disappointing and would not recommend at least the buildings I live in. Inside of building is kept clean.
Avoid Quadrel Realty Group at all costs. This company is an absolute disgrace to property management. Over the past two years, we’ve experienced a consistent pattern of neglect, mismanagement, and zero accountability. Maintenance requests go ignored, phone calls are never returned, and inexplicable charges are added to our account—accruing interest—with no explanation. I have been a renter in the city of Chicago for over 10 years now and I have to warn you all, this building, apartment, your company, has been by far, the worst I have ever seen, heard, and dealt with. -1 week before move in day we were told that the apartment we selected was not cleared by the city. With that they gave us a smaller apartment that we are now paying more for (which literally makes no sense). Quadrel's operation seems focused on customers who help them profit off their investments and not at all on people who live in buildings that are in an early stage of the investment cycle. They just bought out the building I'm in and communication from them has been tardy and threadbare, addressing only the minimum (Here's how to pay! Here's how to request maintenance!).
